What inspired you to get into property investment?
From as early as I can remember I've been interested in property, but I suppose it really started for me when I read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
The book opened my eyes to the true potential of investing in property, and how this could be available to me.
Also concepts such as financial freedom, positive monthly cash flow which we are never shown or taught... all sounded too good to be true.
So I began searching...
The book itself is very American based, so I searched around on the internet and found out about the Property Mentor course. Once I saw it, I knew straight away that their system was for me.
That was in 2005, and I am now a property investor and run other property related businesses too.Do you think property has changed much since you started?
In terms of the approaches used to buy property, and the principles of what we look to achieve… it is similar I feel.
When it comes to investing, all I feel that matters is having a strong team to back you up; to provide you with that support, and Property Mentor has given me just that.
With the right skills, I believe you can invest in any market. You just need to know what you are doing and keep your eye on the game.

What an exciting option! What I love about property is the flexibility. You can introduce your involvement alongside your current job and family life, and build it up in your spare time. It's a great way to boost your monthly income, and it offers people a choice.

Definitely my first one. It proved to me that it could work. That I could get the deal I wanted and put cash straight into my pocket.
If I'm honest, I don't think I know of any other investment that can be structured quite so efficiently. No money required. A positive cash flow every month – the return is infinite.
Plus you've got the added bonus that you can keep your properties and watch them grow in value over time.
