Forget sterling to euro ratios – property investments aboard are still £100,000+ cheaper
Finding a property bargain beyond the realms of the UK may be simpler than you think according to estate agents in Turkey, Croatia and Bulgaria. 
Speaking on their vast range of properties varying from 1 bedroom apartments to luxury 4 bedroom villas; their properties may not have risen in price during recent months, but demand for their rental properties from holidaymakers has rewarded them with a substantial influx of interest.
In Turkey, the Dalmatian coast, Bulgaria and Morocco alone their properties have become significantly more affordable:
- Turkey:
2 bedroom apartments from £40,000
Villas with accompanying pool £140,000 - Dalmatian coasts (Croatia):
2 bedroom villa from £90,000
3 bedroom villa with pool from £220,000 - Bulgaria:
their low cost of living has transformed them into an ideal tourist resort with properties costing as little as £30,000 - Morocco:

In the French Alps a one bedroom new build can cost over £180,000, whereas a similar property in Bulgaria is only £35,000. Do the maths and that is a difference of over £145,000, based solely on the location of the property. Nothing more. Take that into consideration and estate agents claims about Turkey being a more profitable investment are more than justified. The prices say it all.
Then there is the money itself.
