James Caan Launches Look4AProperty/Money
Dragons’ Den star James Caan is at it again. Only a week after announcing his plans to launch a commercial property fund, Caan’s is now heading a new multi-million housing pound scheme that will enable people to get back onto the property ladder.
Dubbed ‘Look4AProperty/Money’, through this financing scheme homeowners can invest in unsecured interest free loans that will help them to cover the cost of legal fees and stamp duties.
An initiative which Caan strongly feels will get the property market moving again and bring money back into the economy.
To access these loans, homeowners will have to go through a network of estate agents, but once they do they will be able to take advantage of:
- Repayments which can be made over 2 to 3 years
- 10 month loans to cover the cost of Home Information Packs (Hips)
And such an offering is already being eagerly welcomed by homeowners who are desperate to get back onto the property market.
No longer restrained by the costs of Hips, legal fees and stamp duties, homeowners can more readily focus on acquiring a deposit and buying a home with minimal delay or restriction.
