Across the property investment market, lenders are offering an assortment of buy to let deals that can make getting on the property ladder even easier. However, unless you have got the cash to invest some of these deals may still be out of reach.
To help you get your property investment year off to a good start, below are some of the best buy to let deals currently being offered to property investors:
Variable Mortgages
National Countries BS – initial rate 5.44%, fees £995, LTV 60% (although it is possible to negotiate this to a 70% LTV)
Fixed Rate Mortgages
Lloyd’s TSB – initial rate 5.69%, term March 2013, fee 2.5%, LTV 60%
Tracker Mortgages
BM Solutions – initial rate 4.1%, term 2 years, fees 3%, LTV 60%
NatWest - initial rate 4.99%, term February 2012, fee £1999, LTV 75% (including free standard valuation and legal work)
Cheltenham & Gloucester – initial rate 4.99%, term March 2013, fees 2.5%, LTV 60%
