What inspired you to get into property investment
To make lots of money! It looked like it was one of the most achievable and exciting ways of becoming wealthy and is by far the best and most stable form of investment.
What did you do before becoming a property investor
Before this, I was a business studies student, which I guess has helped me make the transition into running my own property business. I was also a part time ski instructor.
Do you feel property investment has changed much since you started?
The market has changed, however the fundamental common sense approach to investing still applies and always will.
What advice would you give to people considering property investment as a career?
Join Property Mentor and follow the system. Do your research and don't underestimate the time and effort you have to put in to get started.
What is the best investment you have made as a property investor?
Investing in the Property Mentor system. Property Mentor has saved me hours of time and money, I only view and invest in properties that are guaranteed to make me money.
What is the most you have earned as a passive income?
£40,000 a year. Not bad!
Why do you feel property is a beneficial asset?
Property is the best employee ever! It doesn't have days off, never calls in sick or with a hangover, works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and never has a holiday. All the while making you £££s

I saw Property Mentor on the Money Programme and thought what an exciting and interesting opportunity it was. I haven't been dissapointed.
Do you feel you would have found more success in property investment if there had been a similar course when you started?
No as I have always followed this system - nothing on the market compared to it. Becoming wealthy is easy if you have a plan to stick to.
What advice would you give to experienced investors who are questioning whether to sell their properties during the current economic climate?
If you are not interested in the long term goal then property investment is not for you.
