Keith and Stuart’s property investing is a family business with a future
PROPERTY investing has become a real family affair for Keith and Stuart Austin.
The father and son pair’s decision to team up so they can take advantage of Property Investors Worldwide’s powerful investment system is paying real dividends.
“In 12 months we’ve got seven properties, several more in the pipeline, and we’re hoping to hit double figures by Christmas,” explains dad Keith.
“If all goes well, we could even be looking at a portfolio of 15 properties in 14 months of investing - not bad going!”
Keith says the duo’s success has taken off after a long build-up: “I went on one of your courses way back in 2008, but I was frustrated because working abroad meant I wasn’t really in a situation to start investing. Then last year, when my son turned 21, it seemed the ideal time for him to get involved. He was very sceptical before going on the course himself - but once he’d been he couldn’t stop talking about the opportunities it offered!”
“It’s really kickstarted things and we’re going from strength to strength. A year on, and we can’t get properties fast enough!”
Keith and Stuart have houses in various parts of the country, including Nottingham, Oxford, Manchester, and County Durham.
“We stick to the system and we really concentrate on getting the properties offered at ‘distressed’ values. We’ll be starting to remortgage soon, and are definitely looking to use the cash which will be freed up to buy more properties - that’s the beauty of the system.”

“He hated paperwork before - now he’s got a system where he can get his hands on anything he needs in an instant. It’s working brilliantly - so brilliantly that now my daughter Kelly wants to get in on the action, too.
“My wife Dawn is also involved as a part-owner, due to the earning requirements for mortgage qualification - so now it’s a real family business!”
