Property Mentor™ WorkshopAlready a property investor before the course, Matthew Lauchlan was pleasantly surprised by what he was able to take away from the Property Mentor course: 'It was encouraging to meet other people who were just as keen as me to invest. I've been in property since 1984, and have always found it to be lonely, so to be able to access other people's knowledge, whilst meeting a fantastic group of people was a great bonus.' And the impact of these courses can certainly be seen in Matthew's current position. Since completing the workshop Matthew has gone on to become the Director of Property Mentor: 'As you know I now do a lot of the teaching in these sessions, and I have to be honest… they are fantastic. Of all the people I have met, it is those who have made use of our events who have felt greater success. And this is partly down to the people you can meet, and the networking opportunities you can gather. The course can provide delegates with more than training but with the support and stability they need.' And in regards to what the course promotes, Matthew strongly believes that the course can make a difference to the way you invest: 'Before the course I had several properties that weren't generating cash flow. But since I took the course, and have applied the system to my own investments, I now own 52 properties worth £14 million that generate me £16,000 a month in positive cash flow. I now even don't have to do any of the work. From the money I have accumulated, I have been able to employ people to take care of my properties and find me tenants, so I can focus on helping others to achieve the same success. It’s great!’ |
